I am at work in scrubs with camera in hand, ready to take pictures of an interesting surgical case. As noted earlier, I used to snap images during the operation to use these photographs during my grand rounds to share details about patients I presented. I and my colleagues found the images very useful in helping to illuminate the clinical problems I presented.
